Many people worry about effect of coffee on their health, but according to the research, coffee has more of benefits. Diabetes is lower among regular coffee drinkers, than others who do not drink it. It improves cognitive function, reduce the liver damage and improve endurance performance in long duration physical activities. Ganoderma lucidum is present in the coffee. It has been reported that it is able to improve the healing of the body, maintain a healthy body and to promote longevity with strengthen immune system. Benefits of drinking coffee include the link between coffee utilization & reduced risk of colon cancer, Parkinson's & diabetes due to the antioxidants in coffee. It can also help to improve your memory & ability to do work. Victims of asthma have also discovered 25% less attacks. Obviously, these benefits vary from person to person and take into account a daily allowance of a moderate 2/4 cups a day.

Most of the studies about coffee are just done with "coffee," not allowing for how it is brewed, the freshness of the beans etc. The studies may need to be refined to see if the fresher the coffee has the more effect or the other one has. Does it make a difference, how long the coffee has been brewed for? We do know that drinking badly brewed coffee is not good for the body. Coffee has lots of benefits, but it can be bad a bit for the body. But you don’t need to feel too guilty when having that morning cup.
